Eligibility : Nationwide Tour Vegas Pro-Am Getaway is only open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States, D.C. and Canada (excluding Puerto Rico and the province of Quebec), who are physically located and residing therein and who are 18 years of age or older as of April 2, 2009 and who possess a valid Social Security, personal tax I.D number or Social Insurance Number issued by the appropriate government agency.

Promotion Period : The Nationwide Tour Vegas Pro-Am Getaway ((the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 A.M. on April 2, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. on October 27, 2009 (”Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):

One (1) Overall Prize (”OP”): OP consists of one (1) trip for OP winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Las Vegas, NV and the opportunity for OP winner only to participate in the 2010 Justin Timberlake Shriner’s Hospital for Children Open (“Trip”).
