Eligibility : Open only to permanent legal residents of the 48 continental United States (Void in AK and HI) and Canada who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

Promotion Period :  The Nail Down a Trip Farrier Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) commences on 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 28, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

Exactly one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible Entries received. The Grand Prize consists of the selected Grand Prize winner’s choice of exactly one (1) of the following vacation packages outlined below (the “Grand Prize”):

1. A 2010 500 mile car race in Indianapolis, Indiana USA luxury vacation package between May 28 – 31, 2010. (ARV $3,700USD) that includes: Round-trip coach air transportation for two from the major North American gateway airport nearest the winner’s residence to the destination, ground transfers, three (3) nights first-class hotel accommodations (double occupancy), two (2) tickets to various car racing events.

2. An outdoor experience and luxury weekend in Vail, Colorado USA. (ARV $3,700USD) that includes: Round-trip coach air transportation for two from the major North American gateway airport nearest the winner’s residence to the destination, and luxury car rental. If the Grand Prize Winner chooses to visit in Spring/Summer 2010 activities may include: Hummer tour, Night Vision White Water Rafting and dinner for two. If the Grand Prize Winner chooses to visit in Winter 2010, activities may include: Nature or Adventure Snowshoe tour for two (2), and spa treatments for two (2).
   The approximate value of the Grand Prize is $3,700 USD.

Exactly one (1) First Prize will be awarded. One (1) First Prize will be randomly drawn from among all eligible Entries received. The First Prize consists of a $500 USD gift card to Cabela’s (“First Prize”). The approximate value of the First Prize is $500 USD.

Exactly one (1) Second Prize will be awarded. One (1) Second Prize will be randomly drawn from all eligible Entries received. The Second Prize consists of a $400 USD gift card to www.nascar.com (“Second Prize”). The approximate value of the Second Prize is $400 USD.

Exactly one (1) Third Prize will be awarded. One (1) Third Prize will be randomly drawn from among all eligible Entries received. The Third Prize consists of an Apple iPod ® Touch 8GB (“Third Prize”). The approximate value of the Third Prize is $200 USD.

Exactly one (1) Fourth Prize will be awarded. One (1) Fourth Prize will be randomly drawn from among all Eligible entries received. The Fourth Prize consists of a Garmin Nuvi™ portable GPS navigator (“Fourth Prize”). The approximate value of the Fourth Prize is $199 USD.
