Eligibility : The MTV Movie Awards Rewards That Rock Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia, EXCLUDING ALASKA AND HAWAII. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The MTV Movie Awards Rewards That Rock Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on April 16, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on May 21, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : Visit CapitalOne.MTV.com, a web site owned and controlled by MTVN (the “Web Site”), and complete the fields on the online entry form.

Limit :  There is a limit of one (1) entry per email address when using this entry method.

Prize (s):

The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to the 2009 MTV Movie Awards (the “Event”) currently contemplated to take place during the months of May 2009-June 2009, subject to change in MTVN’s sole discretion, in Los Angeles, California. If Grand Prize Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be an allotted Guest. The trip will include: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major gateway airport of Sponsors choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence to Los Angeles, California. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, California; (ii) roundtrip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (to be taken together) between airport and hotel in Los Angeles, California; (iii) three (3) nights 5-star hotel accommodations based on double occupancy in Los Angeles, California for Grand Prize Winner and Guest. One (1) hotel room will be provided for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iv) two (2) tickets for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to the Event taking place in Los Angeles, California; (v) opportunity to visit five (5) Hollywood hot-spots to be decided in Sponsors’ sole discretion; (vi) a gift pack containing five (5) DVDs of the 2008 MTV Movie Awards winning movies and a $500 gift card from MovieTickets.com (The MovieTickets.card™) and (v) $5000.00 USD (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $12,000.00.
