MTV Coca-Cola Movie Award Insider Search

Eligibility : The MTV Coca-Cola Movie Award Insider Search is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : MTV Coca-Cola Movie Award Insider Search (the “Contest”) commences at 10:00:01 AM (ET) on April 16, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on May 5, 2009

How To Enter : Log onto to coke.mtv.com, a website owned and controlled by MTVN (the “Website”), at any time during the Entry Period and follow the online instructions to complete all required fields on the online entry form.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) for the one (1) Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to travel to Los Angeles, California (the “City”), to attend the 2009 MTV Movie Awards, currently contemplated to take place on May 31, 2009, but subject to change in MTVN’s sole discretion, as the Movie Awards Insider to cover and report on the Event. The trip will include (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of MTVN’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by MTVN) to the City (MTVN reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the City); (ii) round trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (to be taken together) between airport and hotel at the City; (iii) five (5) nights hotel accommodations in the City for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iv) two (2) tickets to the Event for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest and (v) a per diem meal allowance up to $45 for the Grand Prize Winner (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). An MTVN film crew may film news segments at the Event that may, in MTVN’s sole discretion, include the Grand Prize Winner and/or Guest and, if so, Grand Prize Winner and/or Guest would be required to sign a standard MTVN guest performer release.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is up to $4,999.00
