Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia, EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF ALASKA AND HAWAII. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : Commences at 3:00:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 24, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 12, 2012

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for four (4) for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests (the “Guest(s)”) to Los Angeles, CA to attend the red carpet premiere of “American Pie Reunion” (the “Event”) currently contemplated to take place on March 19, 2012, but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The trip will include: (a) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) Guests which shall originate from a major gateway airport of Sponsor’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence to Los Angeles, CA. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, CA, (b) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) Guests for two (2) nights at the Sheraton Universal Hotel (or similar, one (1) standard room, based on quadruple occupancy), (c) apple pie amenity delivered to Grand Prize Winner’s hotel room, (d) dinner for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) Guests at 25 Degrees, (e) four (4) tickets to attend the Event, and (f) round trip transportation from the hotel to the Event for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) Guests (collectively, the “Grand Prize”).
