Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of legal residence (whichever is older) at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Commences at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on May 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on May 20, 2012 (the “Entry Period”).

Prize (s) :

The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for one (1) to be used by the one (1) Grand Prize Winner to travel to Los Angeles, California, to attend Sneak Peek Week and The 2012 MTV Movie Awards (the “Events”), currently contemplated to take place on June 3, 2012 but subject to change in VMN’s sole discretion and the opportunity to appear on air and online in News Hits and Digital Live Streams. The trip will include: (a) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner which shall originate from an airport of VMN’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by VMN) to Los Angeles, CA (VMN reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, CA); (b) round trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner between airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA (c) seven (7) nights hotel accommodations in Los Angeles, CA for the Grand Prize Winner which shall be one room based on single occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (d) access to the Events for Grand Prize Winner and (e) a per diem meal allowance up to $45 for the Grand Prize Winner (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is up to $4,500.00
