Motorola Pop Your Clutch Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Motorola Pop Your Clutch Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 21 and over.

Promotion Period : The Motorola Pop Your Clutch Sweepstakes begins May 1, 2009 at 10:00:00 A.M. ET and ends October 10, 2009 at 11:59:59 PM ET (”Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : To enter for a chance to win, complete and submit an official entry form at www.popyourclutch.com, a website owned and controlled by Motorola, Inc.

Limit : Limit one entry per person per email address per day.

Prize (s):

League Champ Prize: One (1) Grand Prize (”Grand Prize”): A four (4) day/three (3) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Sonoma Valley, CA. (”City”), on August 21 – August 24, 2009 or Sponsor-selected dates. Prize consists of the following elements: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy, including room tax) for three (3) nights; [2] two (2) suite tickets to the 2009 Indy Grand Prix (”Event”) on August 23; [3] garage access for winner and guest; [4] an opportunity to meet Danica Patrick (subject to availability) [5] dinner for two (2) including limousine service to and from dinner; [6] one (1) wine tasting tour for winner and guest; [7] if winner’s residence is located more than one hundred (100) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation will be provided for winner and guest on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (”airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected major airport in or near the City; [8] airport/hotel/Event transfers and [9] a Motorola Clutch i465 phone (ARV $129.99) plus $150 of Boost Mobile service awarded in the form of three (3) Re-Boost cards. If, for any reason, the race/garage and/or pit tours are cancelled or does not occur after taking of prize, the trip may be awarded without those elements of the prize.  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,979.99

One Hundred Forty (140) Winner’s Circle First Prizes (“First Prize(s)”) (10 per each race Sweepstakes as listed above): A Motorola Clutch i465phone ($129.99) plus $150 of Boost Mobile ser Boost Mobile service awarded in the form of three (3) Re-Boost cards. ARV: $279.99 each.

Boost Bonus Prize (“Bonus Prize(s)”): 500 Bonus Prizes: A Motorola Clutch i465 phone ($129.99) plus $300.00 of Boost Mobile service awarded in the form of six (6) Re-Boost cards. ARV: $429.99 each.

Winners : Winners’ names (first initial, last name, city and state) will be posted on the Sweepstakes website. If you would like a copy of the winner’s list, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Motorola Pop Your Clutch Sweepstakes Winners List, PO Box 9250 Medford, NY 11763-9250, before October 10, 2009 (VT residents may omit postage). Requests received after the close of the Sweepstakes Period will not be honored, and list will not be available until after the Sweepstakes has ended and all verification has been completed.
