Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are thirteen (13) years of age or older.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:01 a.m. CDT on July 31, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on October 31, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :

Two (2) Grand Prizes are available to be awarded.  Each Grand Prize shall include: (i) round trip coach class airfare for the Winner and three (3) guests from a major commercial airport nearest Winner’s home within the U.S. to the host city of MLS Cup 2013 (the “Destination City”); (ii) three (3) days and two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, quad occupancy) in the Destination City; (iii) ground transportation in the Destination City (to/from airport to the hotel and to/from the hotel to the MLS Cup 2013 stadium); (iv) four (4) tickets to MLS Cup 2013; (v) access for Winner and guests to the VIP area at MLS Cup 2013; (vi) one (1) Xbox One console; (vii) one (1) Copy of Kinect™ Sports Rivals video game; (viii) one (1) Copy of Forza Motorsport 5 video game; (ix) one (1) Copy of FIFA 14 video game; (x) one (1) 12-month Xbox Live Gold membership; (xi) one (1) autographed jersey from Winner’s hometown MLS team; and (xii) one (1) $100.00 VISA® gift card.  The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $6,700.00.

Three (3) First Prizes are available to be awarded. Each First Prize shall include: (i) one (1) autographed MLS team jersey; (ii) one (1) 12-month Xbox Live Gold membership; (iii) one (1) $50.00 adidas® gift card; and (iv) one (1) MLS adidas® soccer ball.  MLS team jersey and autograph shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  ARV of each First Prize: $460.00.

Three (3) Second Prizes are available to be awarded.  Each Second Prize shall include one (1) autographed MLS team jersey.  MLS team jersey and autograph shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  ARV of each Second Prize: $80.00.
