Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period : Between 12:01 a.m. EST on March 1, 2011 and 11:59 p.m. EST on April 30, 2011

Limit : LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize: a trip for the Grand Prize winner and three (3) travel guests, including: (a) the Grand Prize winner’s choice of any one of the following three trips operated by Intrepid Travel: (i) Denali Adventure, including Denali and Wrangell-St. Elias National Parks, Alaska (Trip Code SSOJ), (ii) Inca Trail, including Machu Picchu, Peru (Trip Code GGTBC), or (iii) Kruger and Two Kingdoms, including Kruger National Park, South Africa (Trip Code UBKJ); (b) round trip coach air transportation from the major airport closest to the winner’s residence to the major airport closest to the location of the chosen trip; (c) airport transfers at the location of the chosen trip; (d) four (4) $500 gift certificates towards Merrell footwear, apparel, and/or accessories; (e) an allowance of $200 per day of the trip, payable to the Grand Prize winner; and (f) one (1) America the Beautiful: The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Annual Pass, awarded to the Grand Prize winner. Trip scheduling is based on availability, and must be completed by August 31, 2012. Approximate retail
value (ARV) of Grand Prize is $11,600.

Ten (10) First Runner-Up Prizes: each consisting of: (a) one (1) $1,250 gift certificate towards any Urban Adventure or Short Break trip operated by Intrepid Travel; (b) one (1) $1,000 airfare certificate; (c) one (1) $200 gift certificate towards Merrell footwear, apparel, or accessories; and one (1) America the Beautiful: The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Annual Pass. ARV of each First Runner-Up Prize is $2,530.

Fifty (50) Second Runner-Up Prizes: each consisting of one (1) $200 gift certificate towards Merrell footwear, apparel, and/or accessories, and one (1) America the Beautiful: The National Parks and Federal Recreational
Lands Annual Pass. ARV of each Second Runner-Up Prize is $280.
