McDonald’s Champion Kids Contest

Eligibility : The McDonald’s Champion Kids Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are eleven (11) to fourteen (14) years of age at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : McDonald’s Champion Kids Contest (the “Promotion” or the “Contest”) begins on September 30, 2009 at 12:01:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends October 30, 2009 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the “Contest Entry Period”).

How To Enter : Go online to www.mcdonalds.com/championkids (the “Website”) and proceed to the Contest entry page where you will be required to complete an online registration form with all required information about you.

Limit : Limit one (1) submission for each Entrant for the entire Contest Entry Period.

Prize (s):

Ten (10) Prizes are available for a trip for two (2) for four (4) days and three (3) nights which could occur on any consecutive day between February 9, 2010 through February 28, 2010 to the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games and the opportunity for the winner to be a McDonald’s Champion Kid Correspondent. Each Prize includes: round-trip, coach class air transportation for the winner and his or her parent or legal guardian from the major United States gateway city airport closest to the winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Vancouver, Canada; ground transportation to and from airport to hotel and official Contest events; Olympic event tickets to at least one (1) Olympic event to be determined solely by Sponsor; standard double occupancy hotel accommodations for four (4) days and three (3) nights. Winners and their parent or legal guardian must be able to travel on the specified dates or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Total ARV of each Grand Prize: $8,300.00.

Winners : To receive an Official Winners List for the Contest, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: McDonald’s Champion Kids Winners List Request, PO Box 25497, Rochester, NY 14625. The Winners List will be available in early December. The Winners List request must be received by January 31, 2010, and will be fulfilled following the awarding of prizes.
