McDonald’s 2008 Latin GRAMMY Awards Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The McDonald’s 2008 Latin GRAMMY Awards Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (the “Territory”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and are physically located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry.

Promotion Period :  The McDonald’s 2008 Latin GRAMMY Awards Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on or about September 1, 2008 12:00:00 midnight Eastern Daylight Time ["EDT"] and is scheduled to end on September 28, 2008, 11:59:59 p.m. EDT (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit :  Limit one (1) entry per person and/or e-mail address per day.

Prize (s):

Ten (10) Grand Prizes are available.

Each Grand Prize winner will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for the winner and a guest (who must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in guest’s jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) to attend the 9th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards (the “Event“) scheduled on Thursday, November 13, 2008 in Houston, Texas. Each Grand Prize consists of: round-trip, coach class air transportation for the winner and guest from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to Houston, TX where the 9th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards is being held; standard hotel room double occupancy for two (2) nights; two (2) tickets to the 9th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards; walk on the 9th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards green carpet; two (2) tickets to Official Awards after party; and Five Hundred Dollars ($500) spending money awarded in the form of a gift card. All Event Activities are subject to availability, and inclusion in the Prize at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Total approximate retail value (”ARV“) of each Grand Prize: $2,300.
