Marvel’s Thor: The Dark World Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Only open to entrants, who at the time of entry: (a) are natural persons who are legal residents of, one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or Canada (excluding Quebec), (b) are 13 years of age or older, and (c) have registered for an account on More.Marvel.com.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:01 A.M. Pacific Time (“PT”) on November 4, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. PT on December 31, 2013 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :

1 GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize winner will receive a certificate valid for a 3-day/2-night trip for 2 people – the Grand Prize winner and 1 travel companion – to Los Angeles, California to attend a Marvel film premiere. Trip includes: Round trip coach airfare for 2 people (the Grand Prize winner and 1 travel companion) between the major international gateway airport serviced by Delta Air Lines nearest the Grand Prize winner’s residence located within the 50 United States, District of Columbia or Canada (airport of origin) (selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and Los Angeles, California; 2 nights hotel accommodations at a participating Delta Vacations® Hotel in Los Angeles, California (1 standard room, double occupancy); and 3 days’ car rental which must be used for travel to and from the destination airport (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). The ARV of Grand Prize is USD $2,100 / CAD $2,180.95. ARV may vary from actual value, depending on date and point of departure and destination. Any difference between stated and actual value shall not be awarded. Flights, hotel accommodations and rental car will be issued as one Delta Vacations trip certificate (“Trip Certificate”) valued at up to USD $2,100 / CAD $2,180.95.

1 First Prize: The First Prize winner will receive the opportunity to have his/her image drawn into a Marvel comic book (“Illustration”) and 5 copies of the comic book which includes this Illustration. The First Prize Winner will be responsible for submitting 1 face up-close photograph of himself/herself and 1 full body shot photograph of himself/herself, for the Marvel artist to use as reference for creating the Illustration. Photographs must be submitted by the First Prize Winner, must be in good taste, and must be in compliance with Sponsor’s directions, including without limitation, the signing and returning of all documents required by these Official Rules. If the First Prize Winner is a Minor, the First Prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian who will be responsible for submitting all photographs and signing and returning all documents required by these Official Rules. The ARV of the First Prize is USD $24.95 / CAD $25.91. Illustration has no retail value.

5 Second Prizes: Each Second Prize winner will receive a Marvel’s Thor movie poster signed by select cast and/or filmmakers. The ARV of each Second Prize is USD $300 / CAD $311.57. The total ARV of all available Second Prizes is USD $1,500 / CAD $1,557.85.

10 Third Prizes: Each Third Prize winner will receive a 1-year non-auto-renewing subscription to Marvel Unlimited. The ARV of each Third Prize is USD $69.00 / CAD $71.67. The total ARV of all available Third Prizes is USD $690.00 / CAD $716.70.
