Eligibility : Participation open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding its territories and possessions) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited, including, but not limited to, where taxed or restricted by law.

Promotion Period : The Marvel.com Iron Man 2 AC/DC Concert Flyaway Sweepstakes will begin on March 16th, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. EST and will end on March 25, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Only one entry per person.

Prize (s):

Two (2) Grand Prize Winners will each receive:

–       Two (2) tickets to see AC/DC perform on April 9, 2010 at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV;

–       Two (2) round trip airline tickets (economy coach class) from the airport closest to the winner’s hometown to a Las Vegas, NV airport (as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if the Winner’s hometown is within 100 miles, as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, Las Vegas, NV; and

–       Two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation (standard, one room, double occupancy) in or around Las Vegas, NV, from April 8, 2010 through April 10, 2010.

Ten (10) Runner-Up Winners will each receive:

–       A one-year subscription to Marvel® Digital Comics.
