Eligibility : MARTINI & ROSSI Sparkling Rosé Spa Sweepstakes is open only to U.S. residents 21 years of age or older, void in California, Tennessee, Utah, and where prohibited or restricted by law, regulation, rule or otherwise.

Promotion Period : MARTINI & ROSSI Sparkling Rosé Spa Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EST, May 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on August 31, 2009.

How To Enter : To enter online go to www.MartiniRose.com and read the Official Rules, then  complete the online Official Entry Form by entering your full legal name, complete mailing address, e-mail address, and date of birth (all fields are required).  Click on the “submit” button to transmit your entry.

Limit : One entry per person, per e-mail address, per household address, per day.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 3 day/2 night trip for one winner and three guests to a leading hotel and spa in New York City.  Grand Prize includes round-trip economy airfare from the major commercial airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor), double occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights, a spa treatment for winner and guests, and a grand total of $2,000 spending money awarded to the Grand Prize winner in the form of a check. Estimated retail value of Grand Prize – $8,000.

Second Prizes: Five (5) Second Prize Winners will each receive a gift pack of spa merchandise valued at $100 each.  Estimated retail value for all Second Prizes – $500.

Third Prizes: Five (5) Third Prize Winners will each receive a spa gift card valued at $25 each.  Estimated retail value for all Third Prizes – $125.
