Marcal Save the Trees Drawing Contest

Eligibility : The Marcal Save the Trees Drawing Contest is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.

Promotion Period : The Marcal Save the Trees Drawing Contest entry period begins on April 1, 2009 at 12:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends on June 30, 2009 at 11:59 pm ET (the “Entry Period”).

How To Enter : During the Entry Period, visit www.MarcalSmallSteps.com (the “Website”)

Limit :  You may enter as often as you wish, but each Artwork must be different, must meet all requirements and must be submitted separately.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: a 4 day/3 night trip for winner and three (3) guests to California’s Sequoia National Park, a year’s supply of Marcal® Small StepsTM products, and the opportunity (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) for the winner’s Artwork to be used to inspire a new design for a Marcal® brand product.  Grand Prize trip consists of round trip economy air travel for winner and three (3) guests to an airport in proximity to Sequoia National Park, from the major gateway airport closest to winner’s residence (airports to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); double occupancy hotel accommodations for three (3) nights; ground transportation to/from hotel, and activities selected by Sponsor.  Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $7,600.00.

One (1) Second Prize:  a tree for the winner’s home or yard, awarded in the form of a $250 check made payable to the winner, plus a year’s supply of Marcal® Small StepsTM products, total ARV $350.

One (1) Third Prize:  a $100 gift certificate to a local garden center (selected by Sponsor), plus a year’s supply of Marcal® Small StepsTM products, total ARV $200.
