Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other United States territories), who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of their entry.

Promotion Period : The Mad Men Jet Set Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2010 and ends at 8:59:59 am ET on August 2, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):

“Grand Prize” (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to the Grand Prize winner’s choice of either New York or Los Angeles. The Grand Prize trip package will consist of; (a) roundtrip air transportation voucher certificates for two (2) (*voucher certificate restrictions detailed in Grand Prize Conditions section below) from the major gateway airport nearest to the winner’s home, to a major gateway airport near New York or Los Angeles; and (b) three (3) nights of accommodations at Grand Prize winner’s choice of either The Blakely New York, in a either the one-bedroom suite or The Hotel Shangri-La (in Santa Monica) in a Deluxe Ocean View room. Please note – the hotel stay at Shangri-La is not valid for the following black-out dates: August 2010 and July and August 2011, October 30th through November 10th of 2010, and December 31st of 2010. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is three thousand five hundred ($3,500) USD.

“First Prizes” (4): Four (4) First Prize winners will each receive one (1) limited edition Mad Men Barbie Doll (exact type and style of each Mad Men Barbie Doll to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV of each First Prize is ($74.95) USD.
