Logo’s Mamma & Me Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (except as set forth below) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : LOGO’s “Mamma & Me” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) commences on 7:00:01 p.m. (ET) on July 2, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on July 31, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) prize per person or household.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following “Grand Prize Package”:

- Roundtrip air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest from a major airport of MTVN’s choice near the Grand Prize winner’s residence to and from New York City, NY (MTVN reserves the right to substitute air transportation with ground transportation if the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) guest reside within 150 miles of New York City, NY). (ARV: $1,500.00)

- Two (2) consecutive night hotel accommodations in New York City for Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) guest which shall be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included in the Grand Prize Package and are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) guest). The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $2,503.00
