Eligibility : Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of June 16, 2014 and legal resident of the 50 U.S., D.C. or Canada (except the Province of Quebec), with the exception of Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : Viewers should watch Live with Kelly & Michael from Monday, June 16, 2014 through Friday, June 20, 2014 for a chance to win a (7) seven day/six (6) night trip (“Trip”) for winner and one (1) travel companion to Turtle Beach in Barbados (“Resort”).

Limit : Entrants can submit (1) one entry per day, between the hours of 10:00AM EST and 11:59PM EST on the same show day, but only entries with correct answers (“The Correct Answer Entries”) will be eligible to win the prize.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand prize winner will receive a (7) seven day/six (6) night trip (“Trip”) for winner and one (1) travel companion to Turtle Beach in Barbados (“Resort”). The Trip will consist of the following elements: (A) hotel accommodations (junior garden suite, including room tax) for six (6) nights; (B) round-trip coach class air transportation for up to two (2) persons total on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor selected major airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”); Resort (C) breakfast, lunch & dinner each day including all snacks, sodas and alcoholic beverages (excluding fine champagne and fine wines) at “Resort” specified restaurants; (D) Complimentary use of all beach non-motorized watersports, including: windsurfing, boogie boarding, kayaking & sailing.
