Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 49 United States and District of Columbia, EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF ARIZONA, GUAM, PUERTO RICO AND ALL OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, PROVINCE OF QUEBEC AND ALL OTHER COUNTRIES, TERRITORIES OR, who are 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in his/her state, province, or territory of residence at the time of entry and who have a valid driver’s license.

Promotion Period : Begins on September 10, 2013 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 21, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :

The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the prize is $5,000.00 and consists of a trip to the Destination City stated in the winner’s Entry. The trip to the winner’s Destination City consists of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare within the Continental United States for the winner and two (2) guests; (ii) two (2) nights stay in a standard double occupancy hotel for the winner and two (2) guests; (iii)$1,000 bank gift card for food and gas; up to $2,000 bank card for the adventure activity at the Destination City, and, (iv) usage for a three day period during the trip to the Destination Cityof one (1) BMW VEHICLE by only the winner, subject to any vehicle usage agreement between the winner and Bavarian Motor Works (the “Vehicle”).
