Eligibility : Land Shark Flyaway Sweepstakes open to residents of the United States (except California) who are 21 years of age or older.  Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period : Land Shark Flyaway Sweepstakes begins at 3:00 p.m. Central Time (CT) on November 10, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on January 31, 2009 (”Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit :  Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/household per week.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (25): Trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Grand Opening of the Margaritaville restaurant in Honolulu, Hawaii.  Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from airport nearest winners home to Honolulu, HI), double-occupancy hotel accommodations for four (4) nights at the Ohana Waikki Beachcomber Hotel, two (2) passes to attend a private Jimmy Buffet concert, a tour of the new Jimmy Buffet Surfing Museum, ground transportation to and from airport to hotel and meals.  Approximate Retail Value: $4,200.00 each.
