Eligibility : Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, 18 years or older

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes begins May 31, 2010 at 12:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends September 13, 2010 at 11:59 AM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):

One Hundred (100) Second Prizes: A Disney*Pixar’s Toy Story and a Disney*Pixar’s Toy Story 2 DVD. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Second Prize: $40.00.

Twenty Five (25) First Prizes: A $100 gift card to a major toy store (exact store to be determined by Sponsor). Gift cards are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. ARV of each First Prize: $100.00.

One (1) Grand Prize:  A trip for winner and up to three (3) guests, for a four (4)-night/five (5)-day stay in New York, NY which consists of: (i) roundtrip coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to New York, NY, (ii) four nights’ standard hotel accommodations (two (2) rooms; each double occupancy) (room rate and tax only), (iii) a $2,000 toy shopping spree for the winner only (exact store to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) awarded as a gift card (all terms and conditions of the gift card apply); and (iv) $500 cash (awarded as a check in the name of the winner). ARV of the Grand Prize is $7,500.
