Eligibility : The “Peter Som Sweepstakes” (“Promotion”) is open only to persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on or about 12:00:01 am Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on Thursday, March 27, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 pm CDT on Thursday, April 24, 2014 (“Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1 winner):  Grand Prize winner will receive a 5-day/4-night trip for the winner and one (1) guest to St. Barths (“Trip”). Exact travel dates to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Trip consists of round-trip coach class air transportation for two (2) to St. Barths, from a major international airport near winner’s home (departure and destination airports to be chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 4-night hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) in a hotel of Sponsor’s choice; round-trip ground transportation between St. Barths airport and hotel. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $8,000.00.
