Online Entry.
To participate, visit kohls.com/IZODSweeps and complete the online registration page as directed during the Registration Period including your name, complete address (including city, state and zip), valid email address, birth date and phone number(s) (including area code(s)). Once completed, click the submit button to receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes.

Limit.
Participation is limited to one (1) online entry per person and per valid email address during the entire Registration Period.

Registration Period.
Registration is scheduled to begin at 12:00:00 am ET on September 8, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on October 5, 2014 for a total of 28 days.

Who May Enter.
Participation into the sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (except residents of Alaska) and District of Columbia, who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid U.S. driver’s license or government issued photo ID.

Prizes.

The grand prize winner will receive a trip for four (4) (winner and three (3) guests age 21 or older) to Monterey, CA from November 14, 2014 – November 18, 2014, to attend the Legends Invitational Golf Tournament. The grand prize trip includes:

• • Round trip coach class airfare for four (4) (winner and three (3) guests) from the major airport nearest to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsors to Monterey, CA (MRY);
• upon availability and will be solely determined by Sponsors;
• • Four (4)-nights standard hotel accommodations, two (2) rooms, double occupancy, at Spanish Bay Hotel, or other equivalent hotel designated by Sponsor in the Monterey, CA metro area as based upon availability;
• • Airport/Hotel transfers in Monterey, CA;
• • Four (4) passes/access to the Welcome Reception;
• • Four (4) passes/access to the Legends Pedestal Award Presentation;
• • Attendance at the Sunday Gala Dinner for four (4);
• • Attendance at the Monday Golf Tournament Awards Dinner for four (4);
• • Three (3) days of golf (One day of golf (18-holes) on each of the following golf courses: Pebble Beach, Spyglass and Spanish Bay;)
• • Box lunch provided on golf course each day.

Maximum retail value of grand prize award not to exceed: $12,500.

A total of (4) weekly prize winner will each receive a $500.00 Kohl’s gift card.
