Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins on October 12, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 21, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each person may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to a WWE RAW live event currently scheduled for January 28, 2013 and a meet and greet with a WWE Superstar or Diva. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the city hosting the WWE RAW live event currently scheduled for January 28, 2013; two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to WWE RAW live event currently scheduled for January 28, 2013 (seat location in sole discretion of Sponsor); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; a meet and greet with a WWE Superstar or Diva (all details of meet and greet to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and $500 spending money. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,700.

TWENTY FIVE (25) FIRST PRIZES: A copy of the WWE 13 video game. ARV: $59.99.

SEVENTY FOUR (74) SECOND PRIZES: A $25 Kmart gift card (terms and conditions of gift card apply). ARV: $25.

ONE HUNDRED (100) THIRD PRIZES: A WWE t-Shirt. Sponsor will select size of the t-Shirt in its sole discretion. ARV: $14.
