Eligibility : The Katharine McPhee Get in the Act Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are of majority age at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Katharine McPhee Get in the Act Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:00 am Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on May 18 2009 and ends at 11:59 pm PDT on June 22 2009 (“Entry Period”).

Winner and a guest will receive the following:

1. Roundtrip airfare to New York City or Los Angeles from major airport nearest winner.(music video shoot dates will occur late June or July)
2. Two Night’s Hotel Stay

4. Visit to the set of Katharine’s Music Video shoot.
5. Possible appearance in the video.
6. Meet and greet with Katharine McPhee

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,000

Winners : The names of the winners shall be posted on the Sweepstakes Website after selection of the winners for a period of approximately one (1) month. A list of the names of the winners may also be obtained by mailing a request, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope, to Verve Katharine McPhee Get in the Act SWEEPSTAKES” Winners, 1755 Broadway, New York, NY 10019 within thirty (30) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
