Justice Presents The Behind-the-Scenes Photo Shoot Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Justice Presents The Behind-the-Scenes Photo Shoot Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is offered by Tween Brands Agency, Inc. (”Sponsor”) and open only to legal U.S. residents 18 or older at time of entry (i) who are currently living in the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States (”U.S.”) and (ii) who are the parents or adult legal guardians of a girl between 7 and 14 years of age on who’s behalf they are entering the Promotion (”Eligible Entrants”).

Promotion Period : Justice Presents The Behind-the-Scenes Photo Shoot Sweepstakes starts on or about 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (”ET”) on February 12, 2009 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on March 1, 2009 (”Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, Eligible Entrants must go to www.shopjustice.com and register by completing the information requested in the information fields.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per applicable child.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (3): a two day/one night trip for winner and winner’s adult travel companion (who must be the winner’s parent or adult legal guardian) to go behind-the scenes at a Justice® photo-shoot (”Trip”). Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $2,500 each. Trip consists of: roundtrip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. airport near winner’s residence to the city of the photo-shoot; ground transportation to/from hotel/airport; $100 per day for winner and travel companion for food; and standard hotel accommodations for two (2) persons (one room/double occupancy) for one (1) night. Winner will also receive a hair and make-up makeover by a professional stylist (promotional value only) and VIP treatment at a Justice location near the shoot and the opportunity to select one (1) complete Justice outfit (up to a $100 value) to be worn to the photo-shoot and to take home.

First Prize (200): A $100 Justice gift card.

Second Prize (500): A $50 Justice gift card.
