Invasion of Flavor Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is intended for viewing and participation in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”) only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law.

Promotion Period : The Invasion of Flavor Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin at 12:01am Eastern Time (ET) on August 3, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Start Date”), and end at 11:59pm ET on October 2, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : Enter online by visiting www.invasionofflavor.com and completing the Sweepstakes registration form

Limit : Limit one entry per person/household and per person/email address per day regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner that will be selected from all Sweepstakes entrants. For those on-line instant win participants, there will be five (5) First Prize winners, ten (10) Second Prize winners, twenty-five (25) Third Prize winners, and sixty (60) Fourth Prize winners.

The Grand Prize winner will receive a 4 day/3 night trip for four (4) to Hollywood, California (“Trip”) and a tour of Paramount Studios (“Event”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $6,000. The Grand Prize winner has the option of accepting the aforementioned Trip prize package, or a $4,500 cash award. The trip package includes: i) roundtrip airfare for four (4) people from the major commercial airport nearest the winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, California (Fees, taxes, surcharges, and/or service charges are the responsibility of the passenger); if winner resides within 150 miles of Hollywood, CA, Sponsor reserves t he right to substitute ground transportation, ii) three (3) night hotel accommodations for four (4) people (hotel taxes included), iii) four (4) one (1) day tickets for a studio tour at Paramount Studios, and iv) a $1,000 spending stipend. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $6,000

Each First Prize winner will receive a Pocket Video camera (ARV-$100).

Each Second Prize winner will receive a MP3 Player-4 GB (ARV-$75).

Each Third Prize winner will each receive a DVD Player (ARV-$50 each).

Each Fourth Prize winner will receive a “Monsters vs. Aliens” DVD (ARV-$25).
