Independent Film Channel’s Weekend of Comedy Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to Dish Network residential subscribers in good standing as of April 28, 2013, who are legal residents of one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1, 2013, and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on May 30, 2013 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize: If properly claimed, the following grand-prize package will be awarded in this Sweepstakes to one (1) grand prize winner (subject to verification): a Weekend of Comedy trip for grand prize winner and one (1) guest on Sponsor-selected dates on or about August 2, 2013, through August 4, 2013, to Chicago, Illinois. The trip consists solely of the following for use only by grand prize winner and his or her guest: two (2) round-trip, economy-class airfare tickets from a Sponsor-selected airport near the winner’s residence in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia to a Sponsor-selected airport in or near Chicago; hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a Sponsor-selected hotel in or around Chicago; two (2) tickets to an August 3, 2013, performance by comedian Marc Maron; two (2) tickets to a performance at the Second City theatre (date and time to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); and one (1) payment of $500.00 US, in cash or a prepaid card (medium determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion; prepaid card may be subject to additional terms). Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the grand prize: $4,800.

First Prizes: If properly claimed, one (1) first-prize package will be awarded to each of the three (3) first-prize winners. Each first-prize package consists solely of the following: one (1) Samsung 55” HDTV and one (1) CineMate Series II digital home theater speaker system. The ARV of each first-prize package is $1,500.

Second Prizes: If properly claimed, one (1) second-prize package will be awarded to each of the ten (10) second-prize winners. Each second-prize package consists solely of the following: one (1) 16GB, Wi-Fi-only Apple iPad mini tablet computer and one (1) pair of Beats by Dre wireless on-ear headphones. The ARV of each first-prize package is $608.

Daily Prizes: If properly claimed, each of the thirty (30) daily prize winners will receive a randomly selected prize from among items then remaining in the available pool of daily prizes (the “Daily Prize Pool”). At start of the Sweepstakes, the Daily Prize Pool will consist solely of the following available prizes: ten (10) 16GB, Wi-Fi-only Apple iPad mini tablet computers (ARV of each: $329), ten (10) CineMate Series II digital home theater speaker systems (ARV of each: $500), and ten (10) Samsung 46” HDTVs (ARV of each: $600). The total ARV of all prizes in the Daily Prize Pool is $14,290.
