In The Year 3000 Predictions Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and of the age of majority in their state of residence, as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Promotion Period : In The Year 3000 Predictions Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on October 5, 2009 at 9:00 AM PT and end on December 31, at 9:59 AM PT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes and submit a Video (as defined below), log on to TonightShowWithConanOBrien.com/y3k (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period, click on the Sweepstakes banner, and follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form

Limit : You may enter only once per day during the Sweepstakes Period, for a total of up to eighty-eight (88) entries.

Prize (s):

There will be one (1) prize awarded to one (1) winner (“Winner”), consisting of the following: a trip for the Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA (“Trip”) to attend a taping of The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien (the “Show”), an Acer Aspire Timeline AS3810T-6775 Intel Core 2 Duo SU9400(1.40GHz) 13.3″ 4GB Memory 80GB SSD HDD Intel GMA 4500MHD NoteBook with custom skin signed by Conan O’Brien (“Notebook”). The Trip, and Notebook are collectively referred to herein as the Prize. The Trip includes: 1) round-trip coach class domestic air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to one of the major gateway airports nearest Los Angeles (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); 2) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in a Los Angeles metropolitan area hotel (standard room, double occupancy), as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; 3) two (2) tickets to attend a taping of the Show scheduled to take place between January 18, 2010 and January 29, 2010 (or on such other date as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); 4) round trip ground transportation between the airport and the hotel, and the hotel and the taping of the Show; and 5) two hundred dollars ($200) in cash (to Winner only) to be awarded as a check made payable to Winner or in such other form as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is Four thousand nine hundred and fifty dollars ($4,950).
