Eligibility : The How Eco Are You? Photo Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age and older (19 years old if a resident of AL or NE; 21 years old if a resident MS) as of May 17, 2010 and have internet access. Void in New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, and U.S. territories and possessions (including Puerto Rico) and where prohibited

Promotion Period : The entry period begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on May 17, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 16, 2010 (“Entry Period”).

Limit : Each entrant may submit only one (1) entry.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner: The Grand Prize includes (i) coach class round trip airfare for (2) persons (winner and (1) guest) from a major gateway airport closest to grand-prize winner’s U.S. residence to Rio De Janeiro (grand-prize winner and guest must fly together), (ii) 5 days/4 nights accommodation at The Vila Gale Eco Resort De Angra for (2) adults, breakfast each morning for (2) adults, Ecological Tour Of Angra Dos Reis for (2) adults, return transfers, buffet lunch, schooner cruise of nearby islands, and comprehensive travel insurance for (2) adults.

Three (3) First Prize Winners: The First Prize Winners will receive a set of four (4) Continental ProContact™ EcoPlus tires.

Two (2) Second Prize Winners: The Second Prize Winners will receive a Flip Video Camcorder™.

The approximate retail values of the prizes are as follows: Grand Prize, ARV $5,000.00; First Prize, ARV up to $1,500.00 each; Second Prize, $200 each.
