Eligibility : Holiday Inn Key To Change Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Canada and the United Kingdom, who are at least 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Holiday Inn Key To Change Sweepstakes runs 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) September 14, 2009 through 11:59:59 p.m. ET October 22, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):

Three (3) Grand Prizes, one (1) awarded to a winner in each participating Country: a three (3)-day, two (2)-night trip for two (2) to any Holiday Inn hotel in the world. Trip for Grand Prize Winner and Guest includes round-trip coach(economy)-class air transportation (flight carrier to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for two (2) from a major commercial (or international, as appropriate) airport closest to winner’s residence (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and the selected Holiday Inn hotel destination, two (2)-nights standard hotel accommodations (double occupancy, includes room and tax) at that selected Holiday Inn hotel (awarded in the form of 50,000 Priority Club® points) and US$500 in spending money for the Winner (awarded via a Visa Gift Card.
