Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : Beginning November 2, 2009 at 12:00 AM (CST) through December 31, 2009 at 11:59 pm (CST) (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

Prize (s):

Two (2) Grand Prizes: Each grand prize contains: One 5-day/4-night trip for winner and three (3) guests to Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games. Each trip includes hotel accommodations at the Hampton Inn & Suites, Downtown Vancouver (two (2) rooms, double occupancy each); round trip airfare to and from Vancouver and major airport closest to winner for four (4); four tickets to select Olympic Winter Games sporting events to be determined by Sponsor; two (2) meals a day for winner and guests; and ground transportation throughout the trip. Winner and travel companions must stay on tour provided by Sponsor during entire trip. Selection of airline, airport, flight itinerary and tickets to 2010 Olympic Winter Games events are within the sole discretion of Sponsor. Grand Prize also includes four (4) Team USA Gear gift packages (one (1) package per person on the trip) the contents of which are to be determined by Sponsor, as well as use of a new Samsung® phone with unlimited AT&T service during the trip for the winner. Following the conclusion of the trip, the winner may keep the phone but service will be deactivated after the trip. As part of the Grand Prize, Sponsor will provide winner $10,000 in the form of a check which may be used by the winner to offset his or her income taxes (or a portion of his or her income taxes) incurred when accepting this Grand Prize. Should the Grand Prize winner’s income taxes be higher than the $10,000, Sponsor is not responsible for the difference between actual income taxes incurred and this $10,000. Travel dates for the trip are between February 16, 2010 and February 20, 2010. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $40,300.

Winner and travel companions must stay on tour provided by Sponsor during entire trip. Selection of airline, airport, flight itinerary and tickets to 2010 Olympic Winter Games events are within the sole discretion of Sponsor. First Prize also includes four (4) Team USA Gear gift packages(one (1) package per person on trip) the contents of which are to be determined by Sponsor. Should the First Prize winner’s income taxes be higher than the $5,000, Sponsor is not responsible for the difference between actual income taxes incurred and this $5,000. Travel dates for the trip are between February 20, 2010 and February 24, 2010. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each First Runner Up Prize: $20,150.

Secondary Prizes: One-hundred (100) Secondary prizes to be awarded from the following:

• Twenty (20) prize winners: each prize winner will receive two (2) e-certificates valid for roundtrip, economy travel within the forty-eight (48) contiguous states via United, exclusively on scheduled United® and United Express® operated flights. E-certificate is redeemable on united.com. Discounted seats are limited and flights are subject to availability. Expires November 1, 2010. See travel e-certificate for full terms and conditions. ARV of each United prize: $988.00. Total ARV of all United Prizes: $19,760.00.
• Three (3) 24-Hour Fitness® Packages: each prize winner will receive one (1) one-year membership (subject to the Terms and Conditions of 24-Hour Fitness Memberships) and one (1) Bodybugg® Calorie Management System. ARV of each 24-Hour Fitness Package prize: $1,099.00. Total ARV of all 24-Hour Fitness prizes: $3,297.00.

• Five (5) AT&T Wireless Packages, each package will include an AT&T Wireless Card and 6-month service package (subject to the Terms and Conditions of AT&T Wireless Cards and Services). ARV of each AT&T Wireless package: $550.00.Total ARV of all AT&T Wireless packages: $2,750.
• Twenty (20) Team USA Deluxe Prize Packs (contents to be determined by Sponsor). ARV of each Deluxe Prize Pack: $50.00. Total ARV of all Deluxe Prize Packs: $1,000.00.
• Twenty-five (25) Team USA Prize Packs (contents to be determined by Sponsor). ARV of each Prize Pack: $25.00. Total ARV of all Prize Packs: $625.00.
