HERSHEY’S I’m A Big Fan Contest

Eligibility : HERSHEY’S I’m A Big Fan Contest open only to legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older or age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The HERSHEY’S I’m A Big Fan Contest begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) Eastern Time (ET) on 9/2/09 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 11/3/09 (the “Overall Contest Entry Period”).

How To Enter : To submit your video, visit www.hersheysbigfan.com or www.ncaa.com/hersheysbigfan (”Websites”), during the Overall Contest Entry Period, and click on an icon, banner or text link to access the Contest registration page.

Limit : There is no limit as to the number of Entries you may submit as long as the same (or substantially similar) Entry is not uploaded more than one (1) time throughout the Overall Contest Entry Period.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize is a trip for winner and winner’s three (3) guests to attend one (1) 2010-season home football game (”game”) of winner’s choice from the 43 Hershey affiliated college teams (excludes the University of Washington and Florida State University) and the ultimate tailgate experience consisting of catered food and beverages, HERSHEY®’S products, and tailgate gear branded with the college logo of the winner’s choice (excludes the University of Washington and Florida State University) including: one (1) 9X9 tailgate tent, four (4) stadium seats with cushion back support, four (4) canvas chairs with carrying case, one (1) tailgate golf game, four (4) rolling coolers, four (4) heavyweight sweatshirt blankets, four (4) backpacks and one (1) lined trash can (subject to availability). Winner may choose to invite additional guests (no more than 16) to attend the tailgate. Guests attending the tailgate will not receive tickets to the game. Trip portion of prize consists of two (2) nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations (two hotel rooms) and four (4) tickets to the game. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $12,500.00.

First Prizes (8; 1 Per Entry Period): Each First Prize Winner will receive a $1,000.00 Visa® Gift Card, a HERSHEY®’S college football t-shirt, a HERSHEY®’S college football cap, a HERSHEY®’S college football tailgate chair, a HERSHEY®’S branded Wilson autographed football and HERSHEY®’S candy. Gift Cards are subject to terms and conditions as stated on the card. First Prize ARV: $1,100.00 each.
