HawthoRNe Heroes Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The HawthoRNe Heroes Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 years or older who have Internet access as of May 7, 2009 and who are nursing professionals who are certified and/or licensed by any state or nationally recognized nursing certification/licensing organization (including nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, advanced public health nurses, advanced diabetes management nurses or nurse executive advanced)

Promotion Period : From 12:00:00p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 8, 2009 through 11:59:59p.m. ET on May 27, 2009 (the “Entry Period”)

How To Enter : To enter, visit www.tnt.tv, complete and submit the online entry form.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person or e-mail address per twenty-four (24) hour period.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip to Los Angeles, CA, for two (2), at an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000). The Grand Prize trip will include the following: (a) round-trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a Los Angeles-area airport; (b) one (1) room, double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) at a hotel in Los Angeles, CA, for two (2) nights; (c) round-trip ground transportation between the hotel and the airport; (d) one (1) Three Hundred Fifty Dollar ($350) credit redeemable for spa services, at a Los Angeles-area spa to be designated by Sponsor; (e) Three Hundred Dollars ($300) spending money for the Grand Prize Winner and (f) the opportunity to visit the set of “HawthoRNe” (the “Show”). TOTAL ARV OF THE GRAND PRIZE: Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000).
