Eligibility : Only open to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are physically located and residing therein and are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins 12:01:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 3/8/11 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 11/30/11

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for four (4) to New York City. Grand Prize trip includes: Round-trip coach airfare for four (4), valued up to $400 per person, 4 days/3 nights hotel accommodations (one room; quadruple occupancy) at a participating Delta Vacations hotel, valued at up to $1,200, and an Entertainment and Dining Package for Grand Prize Winner and guests (such as theater/concert tickets for four (4), restaurant vouchers for four (4), at the discretion of Sponsor), valued at $2,800.00. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $5,600.00.

FIRST PRIZE/ENTRY PERIOD PRIZE (15 – 5 per Entry Period): Each Entry Period prizewinner will receive a Happiness in NYC Prize Pack, which will include Peanut Butter & Co. products, Peanuts DVDs and merchandise. ARV of First/Entry Period Prize: $400.00 each.
