Hanes Cruise Giveaway

Eligibility : The Hanes Cruise Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is offered only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia and who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Hanes Cruise Giveaway begins on or about December 18, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on March 31, 2010, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotional Period”).

How To Enter : Enter online by visiting the website at www.HanesCruiseGiveaway.com (the “Website”), following the links to the online entry form and completing the online entry form

Limit : Limit one entry per person/e-mail address/street address per 24-hour period.

Prize (s):

GRAND PRIZES: Three Grand Prize winners will each receive a 5-night Disney Cruise Line® vacation on the Disney Wonder for four (4) persons to include:

• Roundtrip coach-class airfare for winner and three (3) guests between the US major airport closest to Grand Prize winner’s residence (determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and Orlando International Airport;
• Ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and Port Canaveral, FL for four (4) people;
• One (1) stateroom with a maximum of four persons aboard the Disney Wonder cruise ship for five (5) nights;
• All shipboard meals for winner and three (3) guests;
• Government taxes and fees (as defined in the Disney Cruise Line® brochure) for winner and three (3) guests.

Total Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is $7,278.

HANES SOCK PRIZES: The first 100 entrants each week will receive a free package of Hanes socks. Approximate value of each sock package is $10.00.

Winners : For the names of prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Night Agency LLC, Hanes Cruise Giveaway Winners List, 307 Canal Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10013 between April 1 and April 30, 2010. Vermont residents may omit return postage. Allow 6-8 weeks for processing request.
