Goody Comfortlicious or Griptastic Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., as well as to legal residents of Canada (excluding residents of Quebec), who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on September 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on January 2, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

Limit :  For each separate Quiz and entrance form that you complete you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes (an “Entry’)

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: Only one Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize will depend on whether the results of the Quiz associated with the selected winner identified him/her as “Comfortlicious” or “Griptastic.”

If the Quiz associated with the selected winner identified him/her as “Comfortlicious,” the Grand Prize will consist of a Spa Weekend Package for the winner and one guest to the Carneros Inn Spa and Resort in Napa Valley, California. The Spa Weekend Package shall include round-trip, coach-class air transportation for the winner and one guest from a major airport near the winner’s home address (as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) to a major airport near the destination, three days/two nights standard double occupancy accommodations at the Carneros Inn Spa and Resort, $250 cash (U.S. dollars) to use for car rental or other ground transportation (winner is responsible for securing his/her own car rental or other ground transportation), dinner for two (2) at the Farm Restaurant at the resort, two (2) full breakfasts at the resort, two (2) sixty minute massages at the resort, and two (2) VIP vineyard tastings at vineyard designated by Sponsor (provided the Grand Prize winner and guest have each reached the legal drinking age in California. In the event that the winner and/or his/her guest have not reached the legal drinking age, that portion of the prize will be forfeited and nothing will be substituted in lieu thereof). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of “Comfortlicious” Grand Prize is $4,500 (U.S. Dollars).

If the Quiz associated with the selected winner identified him/her as “Griptastic,” the Grand Prize will consist of a travel voucher valued at $4,500 (U.S. Dollars).

One (1) “Comfortlicious” First Prize:  . ARV: $150 (U.S. Dollars).

One (1) “Griptastic” First Prize: a $150 gift card to winner’s choice of either Shoebuy.com or Sports Authority (located exclusively in the United States). ARV: $150 (U.S. Dollars).
