Eligibility : Golf Channel 2009 Play With Poulter Sweepstakes is only open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States, D.C. and Canada (excluding Puerto Rico and the province of Quebec), who are physically located and residing therein and who are 18 years of age or older as of July 14, 2009 and who possess a valid Social Security, personal tax I.D. number or Social Insurance Number issued by the appropriate government agency.

Promotion Period : The Golf Channel 2009 Play With Poulter Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 PM (noon) on July 14, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. on September 7, 2009 (”Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize (”GP”):GP consists of one (1) trip to be shared by GP winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Palm Beach, FL (“Trip”). Trip includes round-trip coach-class air transportation for GP winner and Guest from a major commercial airport (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) near the GP winner’s residence in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) to Palm Beach, FL; three (3) day two (2) night stay and play package for GP winner and Guest at PGA National Resort and Spa including:

• Standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy);
• Economy size rental car for three (3) days;
• Two (2) rounds of golf at PGA National Resort and Spa for winner and guest one of which will be with Ian Poulter (or reasonable substitute as determined by Sponsor should Ian Poulter’s schedule does not coincide with GP winner’s trip schedule or if Ian Poulter becomes unavailable for any reason beyond Sponsor’s control.) on The Champion course (subject to availability and schedule);
• GP winner only will receive $500 U.S. spending money (awarded in the form of a check issued in GP winner’s name); and
• One (1) Golf Channel/GolfNow Prize Pack for winner only consisting (but not limited to) Golf Channel shirt, Golf Channel hat, Golf Now water bottle, Golf Now lip balm and Golf Now tees (Exact content to be determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion).

Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of GP is: $4,662 U.S.

Eight (8) Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes (one (1) prize per Weekly Sweepstakes) as described below:

Weekly Sweepstakes # 1 and # 2: Each prize winner will received one (1) Cobra Baffler and one (1) Golf Channel / GolfNow prize pack. ARV of each prize is: $236.99

Weekly Sweepstakes # 3, # 4, #5, #6: Each prize winner will received one (1) Cobra S9-1 driver and one (1) Golf Channel / GolfNow prize pack. ARV of each prize is: $386.99.

Weekly Sweepstakes # 7 and # 8: Each prize winner will receive one (1) set of Cobra SZ irons and one (1) Golf Channel / GolfNow prize pack. ARV of each prize is: $586.99.
