Eligibility : The General Tire: The Tire Choice of Fast & Furious Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who as of 8/25/09 are 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Promotion Period : General Tire: The Tire Choice of Fast & Furious Sweepstakes begins at 8 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 8/25/09 and ends at 5 p.m. ET on 10/15/09 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s):

One (1) grand prize will be awarded consisting of a 4-day/3-night trip for the winner and a guest (“Guest”) to Excellence Playa Mujeres resort in northern Cancun, Mexico (the “Grand-Prize Trip”). Grand-Prize Trip includes: a) Coach class round-trip airfare for two from a major gateway airport closest to grand-prize winner’s U.S. residence to Cancun International Airport, Mexico (grand-prize winner and Guest must fly together); b) Three-nights’ lodging (double occupancy); c) Breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks for two people for four days; d) Transfers to and from airport and above-mentioned resort; e) two day trips for two people (day trip location, duration, date and time determined solely by Sponsor). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand-Prize Trip is $3,000

Three (3) first prizes will be awarded each consisting of a set of four (4) tires from General Tire with a total ARV of up to $1,200 per winner (actual value may be less depending upon tire and size chosen).

Ten (10) second prizes will be awarded each consisting of a Fast & Furious DVD with a total ARV of $25 each.
