GameStop Share Your Love Song Contest

Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of 09/23/09

Promotion Period : The GameStop Share Your Love Song Contest will begin at 12:00 PM Central Time (”CT”) on 09/23/09 and conclude at 12:00 PM CT on 11/16/09 (”Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : To enter, go to www.gamestop.com/beatles (”Site”) and follow the directions provided to type or paste your own love song of no more than (100) words and using at least (10) song titles from the list of The Beatles songs provided (hereafter “Submission”).

Limit : There is a limit of one (1) Submission per person and per email address for each week of the Promotion Period for a maximum possible total of eight (8) Submissions.

Prize (s):

(1) Grand Prize: Trip for winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S., two (2) night standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations at The Mirage Hotel and Casino (one room), two (2) tickets to The Beatles Love by Cirque du Soleil show and behind the scenes tour, VIP seating in the Revolution Lounge and $1,000 in spending money. (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $4500).
