G4’s American Ninja Challenge

Eligibility : To enter the G4’s American Ninja Challenge, you must be at least 21 years of age (as of the start of the Contest Entry Period) and a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. This Contest is void outside the United States and in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The G4’s American Ninja Challenge begins on Monday, February 2, 2009, at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (”PT”), and the Contest entry period ends on Sunday, February 22, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (just before midnight).

How To Enter :  To enter your Video in the Contest, go to www.g4tv.com/ninjachallenge during the Contest Period.  Submit the Video along with your full name, address, telephone number, date of birth, email address, and any other information required by the entry form.  You will also need to acknowledge and agree to the terms of these Official Rules.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected to receive a trip to Tokyo, Japan to compete on “Ninja Warrior”(“Trip”).  The Trip will include:  (a) round-trip coach-class air transportation between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence and a Sponsor-selected major airport in or near Tokyo, Japan; (b) one standard single occupancy hotel room (Sponsors will pay the room rate and tax only) for at least three (3) nights (may be lengthened based on Sponsor’s production needs); (c) ground transportation to and from the Tokyo-area airport and hotel and between hotel and shooting locations; (d) entry for one (1) to compete on the “Ninja Warrior” television program; and (e) per diem of at least $50 per day while in Tokyo.  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $3,600.
