Friday’s Awesome BBQ Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (U.S.) who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the age of majority in his/her state of residence, whichever is older, as of date of entry (“Entrant).

Promotion Period :  The Friday’s Awesome BBQ Sweepstakes (”Promotion”) consists of a Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game (“Game”) and begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 8/18/08 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 9/30/08 (“Promotion Period”).

Limit :  One (1) entry per person or email address per day.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE
The Sweepstakes Prize will consist of the following elements, listed with the approximate retail value (ARV):

1. Trip for two (2) to the 19^th Annual World Championship Jack Daniels Invitational Barbeque on 10/25/08 in Lynchburg, TN. Trip consists of round-trip, coach air travel for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence to Lynchburg, TN, three (3) nights hotel accommodations (room & tax only, based on double occupancy), two (2) tickets to the Barbeque event on 10/25/08, local ground transportation between the airport, hotel and event and the opportunity to spend the day with celebrity chef Guy Fieri (ARV $4,000). Winner and his/her guest must travel on same itinerary and on the dates and times specified by Administrator or prize will be forfeited and awarded, where practical, to an alternate. Guest of winner will be required to sign liability release and where permitted by law, publicity release (“Release”) prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. If a guest is a minor in his/her state of residence, Release must be ratified and signed by minor’s parent or legal guardian who must accompany minor on trip. In the event that Guy Fieri is unavailable, due to scheduling, other conflicts, illness or any other reason, that portion of the Sweepstakes Prize will not be awarded and the remaining portion of the Sweepstakes Prize will constitute the full prize.
2. Jack Daniels branded Barbeque Grill and accessories (including but not limited to grilling tools, apron, mitt, smoking chips and cookbook) (ARV $600).
3. $200 T.G.I. Friday’s Gift Card – Gift Card is redeemable at any U.S. T.G.I. Friday’s location. Card is not redeemable for cash and is subject to terms and conditions of Issuer (ARV $200); and
4. One (1) Year’s worth of T.G.I. Friday’s Retail/Grocery Snacks and Meals. To be awarded as fifty-two (52) coupons each worth $4.99 for the frozen snacks and fifty-two (52) coupons each worth $10 for the frozen meals (ARV $780).

Maximum ARV of Sweepstakes Prize is $5,580.
