Food Network Star Taste of Fame Sweepstakes
Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes you must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, possessions and commonwealths) and be 21 years of age or older. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, possessions and commonwealths, and where restricted or prohibited by law.
Promotion Period : Begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 5/27/11 and ends at 5:00 PM ET on 7/11/11

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, per household for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s) :
Grand Prize (1): A trip for two (2) to New York September 30, 2011 through October 2, 2011. Dates subject to change. Trip includes: round-trip coach-class air transportation from a U.S. gateway airport on Southwest Airlines for two (2) from the city served by Southwest Airlines nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence as determined by Sponsor, to New York; hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) at hotel to be determined by Sponsor for three (3) days and two (2) nights; round-trip ground transportation from the airport in New York to the hotel; $500 awarded as a check in the name of the winner, two (2) tickets to the New York Wine & Food Festival. Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $4,875.

You should revise Puerto Rico sweepstake regulations. From what I know Puerto Rico Department of Consumers Affairs Sweepstakes Law made some changes to theirs restrictions. It is not fair that every lazy company wont just update these regulations. Not fair. Here is a link you can use as reference.
