Eligibility : Open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico), and Canada, (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in the province, state or territory in which they reside. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions outside the 50 United States and District of Columbia, in the Province of Quebec, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Specifically, the Grand Prize includes (A) two (2) VIP Passes to a Foo Fighters performance (date and location to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (the “Event”); (B) Round trip coach class airfare for the winner and one (1) guest on a major carrier of Sponsor’s choice from the major gateway closest to the winner’s home to the city where the concert is held; (C) three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor; (D) roundtrip transfers between airport and hotel; and (E) roundtrip transportation between hotel and the Event; Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) U.S. $3,500.00.
