Eligibility : The Flogging Molly Green 17 St. Patrick’s Day Flyaway Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States of America and who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Flogging Molly Green 17 St. Patrick’s Day Flyaway Sweepstakes begins on Friday, January 23, 2009 at 12 Noon PDT and ends on Monday, February 23, 2009 Noon PDT.

How To Enter : Enter the Sweepstakes (i) via the World Wide Web by going to the Sweepstakes Registration Page located at: www.LiveNation.com/floggingsweeps (“Web Site”); click on “Register” icon in the navigation bar on the home page (if you have not registered you will be prompted to register); complete registration form in full to automatically be entered to win.

Limit : One entry per valid email address will be entered into the Sweepstakes.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for two (2) people (the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest) to Chicago, Illinois. Prize includes: up to two (2) roundtrip, coach air travel tickets from a major airport near the winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Chicago departing on or about March 16, 2009 and returning on or about March 18, 2009; two (2) nights of hotel accommodations consisting of one (1) standard double occupancy room; two (2) tickets and VIP access to the Flogging Molly concert at Congress Theater on March 17, 2009; five hundred dollars ($500) for expenses and spending money, five (5) pairs of Vans shoes, six (6) Brixton LTD hats, two (2) Brixton LTD jackets, and twelve (12) issues of Alternative Press magazine. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,975.

A winner’s list will be available after March 17, 2009 for a period of sixty (60) days. In order to obtain a winner’s list, where permitted by law, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (residents of Vermont are not required to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with their request for a winner’s list) to:
