Fleming’s Napa Getaway Sweepstakes
Eligibility : To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, you must be 21 years of age or older, a legal resident of the United States or the District of Columbia and have established an e-mail address as of August 31, 2010.
Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins September 1, 2010, at 9:00 AM (PST) and ends September 30, 2010.

Prize (s):
One Prize Winner will receive: One trip for two (2) to Napa Valley, California. Trip Package includes:
Airfare: Roundtrip coach airfare for winner and companion from a major airport in the continental U.S. near the Winner’s home (determined by Fleming’s at its sole discretion) to Oakland International Airport. Winner and guest must depart together from same airport and on the same flight. Fleming’s must be notified of any requested airline itinerary changes regarding arrival or departure by end of business day, three weeks prior to date of travel. Any change in itinerary is at the sole discretion of Fleming’s, and may result in forfeiture of the prize. Any travel necessary to major airport for departure by either winner and/or guest is not included and is the sole responsibility of the prize Winner.
Car Rental: Car rental transportation provided for winner and guest at Oakland International Airport. Use of rental car is conditional on winner complying with terms and conditions of rental car company’s standard rental agreement. A $300 allowance for full-size rental car for length of stay.
Lodging: Four (4) days and three (3) nights at a hotel determined by Fleming’s in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy).
Meals: $1000 allowance for all meals for winner and guest, and any incidentals during travel and stay.
Caymus Tour: Caymus VIP Tour includes: Tour of Caymus Vineyards with Chuck Wagner, Private barrel tasting of Caymus Special Selection Cab, Napa Valley-style picnic lunch in the Caymus garden, Gift of wine selections from Caymus Vineyards and the Wagner Family of Wines (shipping included).
Total Approximate Retail Value of Prize Package: USD $5,200.00
