Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), 18 years or older as of 9/12/2008.

Promotion Period :  Between 12:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on 9/12/2008 and 11:59:59 PM CT on 9/28/2008

Limit :  There is a limit of one entry per person/household/email address for the duration of the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for two (2) (winner and guest, age 18 or older) to Phoenix, AZ to see Metallica perform on October 21, 2008 at the Jobs Arena in Glendale, AZ. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Phoenix, AZ, two (2) night standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room) (as determined by Sponsor), two (2) tickets to attend the Metallica concert in Glendale, AZ on October 21, 2008 (as determined by Sponsor), and two (2) passes to a meet and greet with Metallica. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000.
