Eligibility : Fandango’s The Dark Knight Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, all U.S. Territories and Possessions and all Overseas Military Installations) eighteen (18) years of age or older as of June 30, 2008, with access to the Internet at all times during the Sweepstakes Period (as defined below) and subsequent prize-award period (as defined below).

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes entry period begins as of 5:01 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (”PDT”) on June 30, 2008 and ends as of 5:00 p.m. PDT on July 28, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit 1 (one) Online Entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household during the Sweepstakes Period, via Online Entry. Entrants will have the opportunity to receive up to three (3) additional entries by signing-up for one (1) or more of the following free services: 1.) Sign up to receive Fandango movie news and/or 2.) Sign up to receive text messages from Fandango on your mobile device and/or 3.) Sign up to receive updates from AsiaLuxe Holidays.

Prize (s):
