Eligibility : Life’s Little Moments Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins on August 31, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may obtain one (1) Sweepstakes entry per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of the method of entry.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) MONTHLY ENTRY PERIOD 1 PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Abaco, Bahamas. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Marsh Harbor, Bahamas; three (3) nights’ accommodations at Abaco Beach Resort at Boat Harbor (ocean-front standard room, double occupancy); and $150 spending money for winner. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,500.

ONE (1) MONTHLY ENTRY PERIOD 2 PRIZE: An hour long phone consultation, to take place at a time mutually agreeable to winner and designer, with a professional interior designer chosen by Sponsor and $2,500 awarded in the form of a check. ARV: $3,500.

ONE (1) MONTHLY ENTRY PERIOD 3 PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to San Francisco, CA. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Francisco, CA; three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two (2) San Francisco city passes; first class cooking class for two (2), Administrator to arrange class reservation, subject to availability; ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; and a $1,000 Williams-Sonoma gift card. Terms and conditions of city passes and gift card apply. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. ONE (1) MONTHLY ENTRY PERIOD 4 PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Maui, HI. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Maui, HI; four (4) nights’ accommodations at Sheraton Maui Resort (partial ocean view room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to the Maui Film Festival; a $250 allowance for full-size rental car for length of stay or ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; and $500 spending money for winner. Terms and conditions of tickets apply. Festival seat locations determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. WINNER MUST TRAVEL BETWEEN JUNE 15, 2011 AND JUNE 19, 2011 OR PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED. If winner does not meet requirements for rental car, ground transportation to and from airport and hotel will be provided. Sponsor is not responsible if Maui Film Festival is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. ARV: $5,000.
