Everybody Loves BABIES Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Only legal U.S. residents of the United States (excluding Florida) and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter.

Promotion Period : Everybody Loves BABIES Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) starts at approximately 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on April 23, 2010 and ends at approximately 11:59 p.m. PT on May 20, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : o enter, visit the web site www.babiesmoviesweepstakes.com/landmark  (the “Website”), and follow the instructions to complete the Sweepstakes entry form with the information requested.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and/or household and/or e-mail address.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of a trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to Namibia, Africa, which includes (i) round-trip coach airfare for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion between any major international airport in the continental United States and Namibia, Africa and (ii) nine (9) nights’ travel and hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion (one [1] room double occupancy) at hotels to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion in accordance with the following basic itinerary, subject to change at any time by Sponsor in its sole discretion:

Day 1 – Windhoek

Days 2 and 3 – Swakopmund

Day 4 – Twyelfontein

Day 5 – Puros

Days 6 and 7 – Etosha National Park

Day 8 – Otjiwarongo

Day 9 – Windhoek

Day 10 – End of Tour, Depart for Hosea Kutako International Airport

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,700.

First Prize: Three (3) First Prizes are available. Each First Prize consists of one (1) Focus Features DVD pack, which consists of four (4) motion pictures to be selected by Focus in its sole discretion. The ARV of the First Prize is $80. The total ARV of all First Prizes is $360.
